DHL Express moves into new warehouse in southwest valley

DHL Express has invested $11.1 million in a new warehouse located in the southwest valley of Las Vegas, which is 27% larger than its previous location. The new facility has increased capacity, new sorting equipment, and office space. It can process up to 3,000 pieces an hour and handle both domestic and international shipments to and from 220 countries and territories served by DHL. The warehouse employs 50 people and has 65 spots for vehicles to load and unload shipments. DHL plans to operate locally with 100% EVs within the next year, and the new facility has electric vehicle charging stations.
