DHL Partners with Manhattan Associates to Revolutionize Warehouse Management

DHL has entered a major partnership with Manhattan Associates to implement its Manhattan Active® Warehouse Management (WM) system across its global operations. This strategic move is a cornerstone of DHL’s “cloud-first” initiative, aiming to transition hundreds of its legacy, on-premise warehouse systems to a single, scalable, cloud-native platform. The collaboration is designed to significantly enhance agility and efficiency throughout DHL’s vast supply chain network.

The Manhattan Active WM system, which is versionless and continually updated, will eliminate the need for challenging, frequent software upgrades, allowing DHL to benefit immediately from the latest features. This centralized approach enables rapid deployment of new functionalities and ensures a consistent, high-standard experience for both DHL and its customers. The system is already being rolled out across various DHL sites globally.

This investment demonstrates the critical role that advanced, cloud-based technology now plays in optimizing logistics for global giants.
